2. About Our Services

Appliance Resource offers short-term and flexible-term rentals of home appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, dryers, and combo sets. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by Appliance Resource.

3. Eligibility

To rent an appliance from Appliance Resource, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reside within our service area (Fresno, CA, and surrounding areas as confirmed by us)
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the rental process
  • Agree to our rental terms at the time of delivery

4. Rental Agreement

A separate written rental agreement will be provided at the time of delivery. That agreement, together with these Terms, forms the complete contract between you and Appliance Resource. The rental agreement will outline:

  • The specific appliance being rented
  • The weekly or monthly rental rate
  • The rental period
  • Payment terms
  • Any deposit or fees (if applicable)
  • Pickup and return arrangements

5. Payment Terms

  • Rental fees are due as outlined in your individual rental agreement.
  • We accept payment methods as confirmed at the time of rental.
  • Late or missed payments may result in additional fees, suspension of service, or recovery of the rented appliance.
  • All prices listed on this website are starting rates and may vary based on appliance model, rental period, and other factors.

6. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • Delivery and basic setup are included with most rentals within our standard service area.
  • You are responsible for ensuring proper space, electrical hookups, water connections, and venting are available and meet manufacturer requirements at the time of delivery.
  • If we are unable to install due to site issues, redelivery fees may apply.
  • Pickup of the rented appliance at the end of the rental term must be scheduled with Appliance Resource. Failure to return the appliance may result in additional charges.

7. Care of Rental Appliances

While the appliance is in your possession, you agree to:

  • Use the appliance only for its intended household purpose
  • Keep the appliance clean and in good working condition
  • Not modify, repair, or attempt to service the appliance yourself
  • Notify Appliance Resource immediately if the appliance malfunctions or is damaged
  • Allow Appliance Resource reasonable access to inspect, repair, or recover the appliance when needed

8. Damage, Loss & Theft

You are responsible for any damage to the rental appliance beyond normal wear and tear, as well as any loss or theft while the appliance is in your possession. In such cases, you may be charged for repair, replacement, or the fair market value of the appliance.

9. Ownership

All rental appliances remain the sole property of Appliance Resource at all times. Renting an appliance does not transfer ownership to you under any circumstances unless a separate written purchase agreement is executed.

10. Cancellations & Returns

  • You may cancel a scheduled rental before delivery without penalty.
  • Once delivered, returns are governed by your individual rental agreement.
  • We reserve the right to retrieve any rental appliance for non-payment or material breach of these Terms or the rental agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliance Resource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or any rental appliance. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees you have paid to us under the relevant rental agreement.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to harm its functionality, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Appliance Resource or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

14. Governing Law
